Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup plain flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean extract
  • 2 x egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1  cups of Milk

Method

1. Melt the butter to just melted

2. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth and lump free

3. Place 1/4 cup of mixture into the waffle cooker and let it cook until golden brown. Cook for 30 seconds or until golden brown. 

4. Repeat and serve with Lambruk Pantry sauces and ice cream.
